1. 15-Day Window

We offer a 15-day exchange and return policy from the date of delivery. This allows you ample time to ensure your items meet your standards for fit and quality.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • Tags & Packaging: All original branding tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid Order ID or the original invoice is required.

3. The Refund Process

We offer refunds for returned items under the following terms:

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned parcel, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our terms and conditions.

  • Approval: Upon successful inspection, we will process your refund.

  • Online Refund: The amount will be refunded to you online (via Bank Transfer or the original payment method).

  • Timeline: Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we have received the parcel.

4. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will ship the replacement item once the original product has been received and verified. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Logistics & Shipping

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, NUJOOM.PK will cover all shipping costs.

  • Standard Returns/Exchanges: For “change of mind” or size preferences, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse in Lahore.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during Clearance Sales or specific promotional events.

  • Products that show visible signs of wear, washing, or alterations.

  • Requests made after the 15-day eligibility period.
