Return/Exchange Policy – Nujoom

Shipping Information

We try our level best to deliver the product as early as possible. Once the order is placed on our website, you will receive an order confirmation call from our sales representative. The order is only confirmed once your details are verified by our representative. After confirmation, the order is dispatched from our warehouse. Processing time may vary depending on the product.

1. Major Cities in Pakistan

Delivery usually takes 72 hours after the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

2. Other Locations in Pakistan

Delivery usually takes 4 to 5 working days after dispatch.


Returns, Exchange & Cash Back Policy

We follow simple and clear policies regarding returns, exchanges, and cashbacks. Please read them carefully.


Exchange

We offer a 30-day exchange policy. If you do not like the product or it does not fit, you can exchange it with the same item or any other product.

  • Courier charges for exchange will be paid by the customer.

  • This policy does not apply to beauty products or sale items.

  • Exchange will only be accepted if the product is unused, in original packing, and the tag is not removed.

  • You can WhatsApp us for an exchange within 30 days.


Return

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you do not like the product or it does not fit, you may return it.

  • You will receive a voucher of the same value as your purchased items for future use.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, in original packing, and with tag intact.

  • Invoice slip is mandatory for return.

  • Courier charges for return will be paid by the customer.

  • You can WhatsApp us for a return within 30 days.


Refund/Cashback

If you want your money back, you can request a refund within 30 working days via WhatsApp.

  • Our representative will contact you and arrange product pickup (if available in your area).

  • Refund is provided only if the product is unused, not damaged, and in original packing (tag not removed).

  • You will receive 70% of your invoice amount back.

  • Refund can be processed to your Bank Account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

  • Refund may take up to 10 days to process.

  • Bank charges for refund/cashback will be paid by the customer.


Note

If the mistake is from Nujoom’s side, we will not charge any delivery fee for exchange.
If you request a refund due to our mistake, you will receive 100% of your product amount after we receive the item at our warehouse.
